Yiming Ren is currently an engineer at PengCheng Laboratory in Shenzhen, China. He received his MEng degree in computer science from Australian National University, Australia in 2021. His research interests include deep learning, AI for bioinformatics, especially Transcriptome data based cancer research and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I hold a master's degree in Software Engineering from South China University of Technology. Currently, I am working as an Algorithm Engineer at Peng Cheng Laboratory. My research interests lie in the construction of knowledge graphs, dialogue systems, and the application of AI in drug development. I am passionate about leveraging advanced algorithms to enhance these areas and contribute to innovative solutions in the field.

Tianyu Zhao is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He earned his PhD in astrophysics from Beijing Normal University in 2024, specializing in deep learning, sequence-to-sequence models, and AI for gravitational wave data analysis. From 2021 to 2023, he interned at Peng Cheng Laboratory, where he gained extensive experience in applying AI and deep learning techniques to complex scientific problems. His work bridges the fields of AI and astrophysics, focusing on innovative solutions for temporal data analysis and related challenges.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Future Technology at South China University of Technology, with a concurrent affiliation to Peng Cheng Laboratory. My research interests include graph neural networks, multi-modal learning, molecular representation, and property prediction.

Pengfei Liu is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Sun Yat-sen University, with a concurrent affiliation to Peng Cheng Laboratory. His research interests include large language models, multi-modal learning, molecular modeling and design, and visual analytics. His work in molecular modeling and design focuses on developing AI-driven frameworks for predicting molecular structures and optimizing drug properties. He is also committed to leveraging generative models to explore innovative molecular designs for applications in drug discovery.

Shuang Ge is a Ph.D. candidate at Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, with a concurrent affiliation to Peng Cheng Laboratory. Her research interests focus on data science, deep learning and multi-omics modeling.

PhD student, enrolled in 2023 at Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School. Research interests focus on deep learning, computational biology, and computer vision.

Ruijun Shi is a PhD student in astrophysics at Beijing Normal University. His research interests include gravitational wave astronomy, deep learning, and AI for science.

Yaxin Xu is a Ph.D. student at Southern University of Science and Technology, with a concurrent affiliation to Peng Cheng Laboratory. Her research interests include machine learning, data science, and AI for bioinformatics.
